TODAY’S FEATURE: THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET OFFICER
The Municipal Government of Culion’s Budget Officer is MRS. FLORY VELLE POBLETE SOTERO, CPA. She was born on the 28th day of December 1982 at Culion, Palawan. She finished her primary education at Balala Elementary School as Valedictorian; secondary at Loyola College of Culion as Valedictorian, and tertiary at University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos as Cum Laude and Academic Scholar. On her childhood educations – elementary and secondary years – she also nailed Sports and received countless awards in volleyball and swimming competitions.
Before she became a Municipal Budget Officer, she worked as Accountant for eleven (11) years at Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) where she was assigned at Financial Closing and Reporting. She was also hired by the Local Government of Culion as I-HEAL Program Budget Manager (Job Order) for four (4) months before she was appointed as Municipal Budget Officer last October 3, 2016.
She is a wife to MR. LYNDEL S. SOTERO, LDRRMO I of MDRRMO-Culion, and a mom of three (3) – Zion Alexander, Florence Lianne, and Ashton Franco.
